Booking Tickets
Tickets can be booked online, or by phone
How to Book Accessible Tickets
- Please check the event and venue accessibility details on our website before booking, or contact the Darwin Festival Box Office via email or phone if you need assistance. See the ‘Venue Accessibility’ section below for more information.
- After booking, notify us in advance of any accessibility requirements so we can support you and inform venue staff.
- If you cannot stand for long periods and are attending a standing event, please contact us ahead of time. Accessible arrangements are available but require prior notice.
- For AANT Centre (formerly Darwin Entertainment Centre) events, accessible seating is reserved and cannot be booked online. To book accessible seating, please get in touch via email or phone.
Companion Cards
Darwin Festival supports the Companion Card program. Companion Card holders are entitled to concession-priced tickets plus a complimentary ticket for their companion.
Please note that for our foodie events, companions who wish to enjoy the food and beverage options will need a purchased ticket.
How to Book Companion Tickets
- Companion tickets cannot be booked online.
- To book your companion ticket, email us at access@darwinfestival.org.au or call (08) 8943 4222.
- When you contact us, please have your companion card details ready — this helps us make the process smooth and quick for you.
- If booking by email, please attach a photo of your companion card or include your companion card number and expiry date.

A brief summary of venue accessibility is available at the bottom of each event page under the heading Venue Details & Accessibility.
For Festival Hubs, we provide information on:
- Whether assisted wheelchair access is recommended
- Accessible seating locations (when not available throughout the venue)
- Availability of accessible toilets
- Nearby accessible parking
- Accessible drop-off points
